411 4 11 1 <br /> Sections 7 -3 -502.3 <br /> chru 7 -3 -503 <br /> • <br /> TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINGS AND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> • <br /> Section 7- 3- S02'.3: Where the parcel has been developed in accordance with <br /> . the terms of such a Use Permit for a use permitted thereunder but not hereafter <br /> permitted in :he district, the use shall be deemed co be a lawful non- conforming <br /> use, and the terms and conditions of the Use Permit shall continue in force. <br /> Failure co use the parcel in accordance with the terms of such a Use Permit within <br /> six (6) months of the effective date of this ordinance shall cause the Use Permit <br /> to become void. <br /> Section 7 -3 -503: BUILDING SITE REOUIREYENTS - EXCEPTIONS. A lot or parcel <br /> which does not meet the minimum requirements of this Chapter as to dimension, area <br /> • or frontage, whether created or reduced pursuant to variance or otherwise existing, <br /> may be developed to the uses and intensity allowable within the district in which <br /> it is located if such use and intensity is authorized as a conditional use in <br /> accordance with the provisions of Sections 7 -3 -640 through 7 -3 -648. <br /> (Ord.
