4111 III0 <br /> Sections 7 -3 -519 <br /> chru 7 -3 -519.2 <br /> TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINGS, AND SU3Di7ISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> Section 7 -3 -519: ACCESSORY BUILDING - RESIDENCE 0/STRIDES. Detached <br /> accessory buildings are permitted in any residence district and may there occupy <br /> part of the required yard areas, as fol10-•s: <br /> (a) In any R -1, R -2 or 0 District, subject co the restrictions of Section <br /> 7 -3 -517, detached accessory buildings shall be located upon the rear half of the <br /> lot, and may there occiay not =ore than forty percent (40Z) of the' required yard <br /> areas, provided that no single such building shall occupy ire than thirty per- <br /> , cent (30Z) thereof. Area occupied shall be determined by the horizontal pro- <br /> ' jection of the roof, provided that one half (1/2) of the roofed area of any <br /> building which is ccapiecely open on at least rwo sides shall be excluded. <br /> (b) In any =ultiple residence district, subject to the restrictions of <br /> Section 7 -3 -517 and the area restrictions of Section 7- 3- 519(a), detached accessory <br /> buildings are permitted upon the rear half of the lot, and ray be permitted on the <br /> front half of the lot as follow: <br /> 1. Carports, subject to approval of site development as provided <br /> in Section 7 -3 -571; <br /> 2.
