Hereafter there shall <br /> be provided. at the time of constructlon•oi any main building, or of any <br /> major addition to a main building, off - street parking spaces.for auto- <br /> • mobiles and off-street loading spaces in accordance with these. regulations. <br /> For the purposes of this Section..the term "major addi.tton" shall mean any <br /> addition or change of occupancy which would.increase. the number of spaces <br /> as required hereinafter by at least. fifteen (15) per cent or by. at. least <br /> fi.ve spaces, whichever is greater. <br /> Section 7-3-520.1: No existing building shall be deemed to be a <br /> non - conforming building solely because of the lack of any such required <br /> spaces; provided, that space actually being used for off - street parking <br /> or loading in connection with any such building.shal1 not be further re- <br /> duced in area or capacity. <br /> Sec :inn 7- 3- 20.2: The number of spaces required.shali. be as <br /> specified hereinafter.'for the various types of buildings and uses.
