Such parking spaces may be located on any portion of such building site, <br /> except within the front 10 feat thereof adjacent to a public street right -of -way or an <br /> approved and adopted future right -of -way tine if approval therefor is given by :he Site <br /> Development Subcommission. Subject to the exceptions immediately hereinabove <br /> contained and the provisions of Section 7- 3- 321.6, it shall be unlawful for any required <br /> parking space in any zone to be !ocated within a required front yard. <br /> (Ord.
