Notice of hearing <br /> thereof by the Planning Commission or by the City <br /> Council in the event of appeal from the action of the <br /> • Planning Commission shall be given in the same manner <br /> as provided in subparagraph (b). The Planning <br /> Commission and the City Council may take any action <br /> hereby authorized to the Enforcing Officer." (Ordinance <br /> No. 79 -29/ 9/21/79) <br /> Section 7- 3- 521.7: PARKING IN REQUIRED FRONT OR SIDE YARDS. <br /> (a)' Except as provided in subsection (b), no vehicles, <br /> whether motorized or non- motorized, shall be parked in a <br /> required front yard or street side sidevard in a <br /> residential district or in a required front yard or <br /> street side sideyard yard of a single family or two <br /> family dwelling in a non - residential district, unless on <br /> a paved driveway which provides access.to required <br /> parking. <br /> (b) The Enforcing Officer shall permit the parking of such <br /> vehicles on a parking area in a required front yard or <br /> street side sideyard in a residential district or in a <br /> required front yard or street side sideyard yard of a <br /> single family or two family dwelling in a <br /> non - residential district, provided such parking area is <br /> constructed and maintained with a caved surface in <br /> conformance with deisian and construction standards <br /> established by the City Engineer, and located adjacent <br /> to such paved driveways, and provided further, that such <br /> parking area, when added to the paved driveway, would <br /> not exceed fifty (50) percent of the width of the <br /> subject property or thirty (30) feet, whichever is less, <br /> as measured at the front setback line. <br /> Section 7 -3 -522: PARKING SPACES REQUIRED - RESIDENCE BUILDINGS. <br /> The number of off - street parking sapces required for a residential <br /> building hereafter constructed shall be as hereinafter specified. <br /> Section 7- 3- 522.1: Two (2) for each single - family dwelling, <br /> subject to the provisions of Section 7- 3- 521.6. (Ordinance No. <br /> 78 -14, 3/27/78) <br /> Section 7- 3- 522.2: Three (3) for each two - family dwelling. <br /> Section 7- 3- 522.3: One and one -half (1 1/2) parking spaces for <br /> each dwelling unit in all multiple dwellings,.
