• <br /> 'TITLE VII • MAPS, BUILDINGS 0 SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> Section 7 -3 -544: No dance hall, night club or other establishment where <br /> alcoholic beverages are served, or commercial place of amusement where live <br /> entertainment or music for dancing is provided shall be permitted in any distrir:' <br /> closer than 200 feet from the lot line of any building site within an R -1, R -2 <br /> or 0 District. The provisions of this Section shall not apply to a restaurant <br /> in which alcoholic beverages are served to the patrons thereof. For purposes of <br /> this Section, a restaurant is defined as a bona fide public eating place, as <br /> said place is. presently defined in Section 23038 of the Business and Professions <br /> Code of the State of California. <br /> (Ord. No. 64 -49, Oct. 5, 1964; Ord. No. 65 -52, Aug. 2, 1965; Ord. No. 70 -26, <br /> May 11, 1970) <br /> Section 7 -3 -545: ELECTRICAL DISTURBANCE. No activity is permitted <br /> in any district which causes electrical disturbance adversely affecting • <br /> the operation of equipment other than that owned by the person whose equip - <br /> went creates such disturbance. <br /> Section 7 -3 -546: ILLUMINATION AND GLARE. Artificial exterior <br /> illumination of a building or of any open space in a C or an I District <br /> shall be so designed and located as to reflect the light away from any <br /> adjoining parcel of land which is in any R District. <br /> 8/70 109 <br />
