• • <br /> TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINGS AND •SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> (b) Upon issuance, the City shall record a Notice of <br /> Certificate of Compliance setting forth those provisions <br /> of this Section upon which the issuance is based. <br /> (c) For purposes of this Section the term "City" means and <br /> includes the Redevelopment Agency, Parking Authority, <br /> • <br /> Industrial Development Authority or any special benefit <br /> assessment district formed pursuant to law. <br /> (d) For purposes of this Section the term "exercise of the <br /> power of eminent domain" means the adoption by the <br /> proper authority of a Resolution of Necessity pursuant <br /> to the California Code of Civil Procedure. <br /> (Legislative History: Ord. No. 83 -035, 12/5/83) <br /> Section 7 -3 -570: SITE DEVELOPMENT SUB - COMMISSION. There is <br /> hereby established a Site Development Sub- Commission to assist the <br /> Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Adjustments in <br /> reviewing development plans and architectural drawings. The <br /> membership thereof shall consist of one (1) member of either the <br /> Planning Commission or the Board of Zoning Adjustments appointed <br /> by the Mayor, one ( 1) :member of the Planning Commission appointed <br /> by the Chairman of the Planning Commission, one (1) member of the <br /> Board of Zoning Adjustments appointed by the Chairman of the Board <br /> of Zoning Adjustments, and two (2) members of the City staff <br /> appointed by the City Manager. Three (3) members of the <br /> Sub- Commission, including at least two (2) members other than City <br /> staff, shall constitute a quorum. <br /> (Legislative History: Ord.
