The approving <br /> body may provide that any amoroval shall be contingent upon • <br /> acceptance and observance of specified conditions or limitations <br /> determined bv the approving body to be reasonable and necessary in <br /> order to make the required findings. (Crd. No. 64 -49, Oct. 5, <br /> 1964; Ord. No. 81 -044, July 6, 1981) <br /> Section 7 -3 -643: CONDITICNAL USE - PROCEDURE. Except as <br /> elsewhere provided herein, applications for conditional use <br /> approval shall be investigated, heard, and decided by the Board of <br /> Zoning Adjustments. The Board may refer any application for <br /> conditional use, or specific aspect of the application, to the <br /> Site Development Sub- Commission for review and recommendation. <br /> Such referral may be prior to the cublic hearing or during the <br /> period of continuance of the public hearing, or both. If, upon <br /> conclusion of a public hearing, the Board determines that a <br /> particular conditional use raises significant City policy issues, <br /> it may refer the conditional use to the City Council, along with <br /> its report and recommendations and an identification of the <br /> impacts or issues which it believes should be considered bv the <br /> City Council. upon receipt of such referral, the City Council <br /> shall investigate, hear and decide the matter.
