In approving a precise development plan <br /> the Comiseioa and Council may require screen walls and similar facilities in any <br /> portion of the planned unit, whether or not such facility is within a sub -unit <br /> • under independent review, if such facility is desirable co protect adjacent <br /> properties or public streets from any undesirable effects associated with con- <br /> ocruction activity or when such facility is located in more than one sub -unit and <br /> its development in sub -units is not practicable. <br /> (Ord. Offers of dedication of any <br /> land to be dedicated in accordance with che precise development elan shall be <br /> submitted prior to the commencement of any development under a planned unit de- <br /> velopment approval. Notwithstanding any other provisions herein, offers of dedi- <br /> cation shall provide for all dedications called for in the ?lanned Unit Develop- <br /> :lent approval and ahall not be divided into sub - units. <br /> (Ord. Within 60 days after receipt of all required elements of <br /> a precise development plan on an approved planned unit development, the Planning <br /> Commission shall to action thereon unless such time Limit is extended by agree- <br /> • meant by the parties having an interest in the proceedings. Failure co take action <br /> . within the time limit or any agreed extension thereof shall constitute a recom- <br /> mendation for approval of such plan.
