• <br /> Sections 7- 3- 644.16 <br /> thry 7-3-64.4.19 <br /> TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINGS AND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> 1! <br /> Section 7- 3- 644.16: PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT - PRECISE DEVELOPMENT <br /> ,a. <br /> PLAN - REPORT TO COUNCIL. 11 the Commission conditionally approves a precise <br /> development plan, the applicant shall make any required changes on such plan pr!or its <br /> submission to the Council. The precise development plan, as approved by the Commission, <br /> shall be forwarded to the Council for final action at the next regular meeting thereof <br /> following the date of approval of the precise development plan by the Commission, <br /> • whichever is later. The Council may approve, conditionally approve or disapprove the <br /> precise development plan. <br /> (Ord. No. 64-46, Aug. 24, 1964) <br /> Section 7- 3- 644.17: SUBMISSION OF PLAN. All elements of the proposed plan shall <br /> be submitted and filed with the Communiry Development Office at least five (5) days <br /> prior to any hearing thereon, and shall be available for inspection and review by any <br /> interested party. <br /> • (Ord. No. 64-46, Aug. 24, 1964) <br /> Section 7- 3- 644.!3: PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT - FAILURE TO ADHERE TO <br /> TIME SCHEDULE. Failure to substantially adhere to the time schedules for the filing of <br /> the precise development plan, commencement of construction or completion of construc- <br /> tion shall void the planned unit development approval.
