TITLE VII `1APS, BUILDINGS AND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> Section 7-3-645: (Repealed, Ord. No. 64 -46, Aug. 24, 1964) <br /> • Section 7 -3 -646: (Repealed, Ord. No. 64 -46, Aug. 24, 1964) <br /> Section 7- 3- 646.1: PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT - FINDINGS. In order <br /> for the Planning Commission to recommend and the City Council to <br /> approve a proposed planned unit develocment, each shall make the <br /> findings specified in Section 7 -3 -641. (Ord. No. 64 -62, Nov. 30, <br /> 1965; Ord. No. 8 July 6, 1981) • <br /> Section 7 -3 -647: CONDITIONAL USES - CHANGES IN CONDITIONS. The <br /> Board may receive applications, subject to the same regulations <br /> and procedures as those which apply to new conditional uses, to <br /> modify or waive any condition imposed by it in authorizing a <br /> conditional use, or set forth in a prior use permit continued in <br /> effect by the provisions of Section 7 -3 -502. After the public <br /> hearing, it may modify or waive any such condit ions if it finds <br /> that such change or waiver is necessary for the preservation of a <br /> substantial property right of the applicant or to avoid practical <br /> difficulties or unnecessary hardship, and would ce consistent with <br /> the purposes of this ordinance.
