This shall <br /> include a proposed range of prices and terms of <br /> sale for each type or size of unit. It shall <br /> also include the names of tenants who express <br /> interest in purchasing on these terms. <br /> (8) A draft of the proposed Conditions, Covenants <br /> and Restrictions (CC&R's) for the condominium. <br /> (9) A request for a building inspection report. <br /> (10) A list of all tenants by name and address of <br /> • unit. <br /> (11) A copy of the notice of intention to sell cr <br /> lease as filed with the California Department of <br /> Real Estate under the provisions of Business and <br /> Professions Cede Section 11010, et seq., or <br /> successor section. <br /> (12) A statement certifying that all tenants have <br /> been notified in writing (by certified mail) cf <br /> the intent to apply for conversion, prior to the <br /> filing of an application hereunder.
