• • <br /> ' TITLE VII naps, BUILDINGS AND ' <br /> SUBDIVISIONS• <br /> • <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> handicapped tenants (as defined in §50072 of the <br /> Health and Safety Code of California) and a <br /> • statistical breakdown of tenant population in <br /> terms of household size and income ranges. <br /> (4) A schedule of rents charged over the two year <br /> period immediately preceding the date of the <br /> application by unit type and square footage. <br /> (3) A statement of the specific relocation <br /> • assistance the applicant shall provide existing <br /> tenants in the event they do not purchase a <br /> unit. <br /> (6) A representative samplinc of available rental <br /> units of similar price and in the same general <br /> area, as of the date of the application, <br /> sufficient to determine whether tenants will be <br /> able to relocate without undue hardship. <br /> • (7) A statement of the proposed specific incentives <br /> applicant shall provide existing tenants to <br /> assist in the purchase of a unit. This shall <br /> include a proposed range of prices and terms of <br /> sale for each type or size of unit. It shall <br /> also include the names of tenants who express <br /> interest in purchasing on these terms. <br /> (8) A draft of the proposed Conditions, Covenants <br /> and Restrictions (CC&R's) for the condominium. <br /> (9) A request for a building inspection report. <br /> (10) A list of all tenants by name and address of <br /> • unit. <br /> (11) A copy of the notice of intention to sell cr <br /> lease as filed with the California Department of <br /> Real Estate under the provisions of Business and <br /> Professions Cede Section 11010, et seq., or <br /> successor section. <br /> (12) A statement certifying that all tenants have <br /> been notified in writing (by certified mail) cf <br /> the intent to apply for conversion, prior to the <br /> filing of an application hereunder.
