Unless the context so <br /> indicates, the term "condominium project" or "project" shall be <br /> deemed to include also townhouse, community apartment and stock <br /> cooperative project. <br /> Section 7 -3 -820: APPLICATION FOR CONVERSION. No person <br /> shall convert or cause the conversion of, a residential <br /> apartment building cr complex to a condominium without an <br /> approved application therefor. <br /> Section 7 -3 -825: REVIEN. The agency responsible for review <br /> of conversions shall be the Planning Commission, except as <br /> otherwise set forth in Section 7 -3 -855. <br /> Section 7 -3 -830: PROCEDURES FOR CONVERSION. <br /> . (a) The applicant shall submit a completed application <br /> for conversion to the Community Development Office. <br /> (b) In addition to satisfying other requirements of this <br /> Chapter and Chapter 13 of Title VII of this Code <br /> (relating to Subdivision Maps) , the applicant for a <br /> conversion, at the time application is submitted, <br /> shall provide the following information: <br /> (1) A physical description cf the prccerty, <br /> including property boundaries, building floor <br /> plans and proposed uses of space, including all <br /> land or building area to be owned in common. <br /> (2) A statement cf the Specific program proposed by <br /> the applicant for property improvement, <br /> including, but not limited to, unit <br /> • refurbishing, building and grounds improvements. <br /> (3) A statement of the number of tenants as of the <br /> date of application, including the number of <br /> tenants 62 years cf ace and older, the number of <br /> 11/10/81 138 <br />
