A written <br /> notice shall be given by the applicant to all prospective <br /> tenants prior to rental to them of any of the units for which a <br /> . notice of intention to convert has been mailed, stating that an <br /> application for a permit has been or will be filed, or has been <br /> granted and advising prospective tenants that they shall not be <br /> • entitled to an_' of the rights, benefits or privileges of these <br /> provisions due to their acceptance of tenancy during a pending <br /> conversion. • <br /> Section 7 -3 -845: REFERRAL TO SCHOOL DISTRICT. All <br /> applications for conversions of greater than thirty (30) units <br /> may be referred to the appropriate school district for comment <br /> at least ten (10) days prior to public hearing. <br /> Section 7-3-850: CITY INSPECTION: <br /> (a) After the application is filed, a City in srection <br /> shall be conducted of the structures, common areas, <br /> site improvements, public improvements, and other <br /> related facilities. The inspection may be limited to <br /> the number of units that are deemed necessary to <br /> provide sufficient information regarding the general <br /> condition of the structures. If the Euilding <br /> Official inscects less than the total number of <br /> Units, the remainder shall be inspected after <br /> approval. <br /> (b) Upon completion cf the inspection, a report shall be <br /> prepared recommending appropriate actions to: <br /> (1) Correct City code violations; <br /> (2) achieve conformance with current provisions <br /> of City codes; <br /> (3) Rehabilitate the structures, common areas, and <br /> other related facilities to substantially new <br /> condition; . <br /> 11 /10 /81 142 <br />
