TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINGS AND SUBDIVISI IONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> Section 7 -3 -965: PROHIBITION - SUBDIVISION - TAX ASSESSMENT <br /> - A CONDITIONAL USE. Approval as provided in this Article <br /> shall not be deemed to be a division of land for purposes of § <br /> 66410 et seq., of the Government Code or Chapter 13 of Title <br /> VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code, nor shall the issuance <br /> of a conditional use permit in accordance with this Article <br /> entitle the applicant to: <br /> (1) such a division of land; or <br /> (2) to have each of the two (2) dwelling <br /> units on the parcel separately assessed for <br /> property tax purposes. <br /> Section 7 -3 -970: CONDITIONAL USE APPROVAL - LEGALIZING <br /> EXISTING SECONDARY DWELLING UNITS. The owner of record of each <br /> secondary dwelling unit existing upon the effective date of <br /> this article, which was not constructed, installed or created <br /> in conformity with the Zoning Ordinance and which has not <br /> subsequently become a legal non - conforming use shall apply for <br /> conditional use approval for such unit not later than October <br /> 1, 1984. Such unit must conform to all the requirements for <br /> new secondary dwelling units set forth in this Article. <br /> (Legislative History: Ord.
