• • <br /> TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINGS, AND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 14 Signs <br /> Section 7 -14 -305: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT. An application for a <br /> permit for each sign shall be made to the Building Regulations <br /> Superintendent in such form and including such information as the <br /> Building Regulations Superintendent may prescribe. Said <br /> application shall be accompanied by the written consent of the <br /> person in possession and control of the property upon which such <br /> sign is proposed to be installed and the permit fee. <br /> Section 7 -14 -310: PERMIT FEE. In addition to any required. <br /> . electrical permit fee, a fee for each sign permit shall be paid to <br /> the Building Regulations Superintendent in an amount established <br /> by the City Council by resolution. (Ordinance No. 82 -088, <br /> 11/15/82; Ordinance No. 74 -59, 9/23/74) <br /> Section 7 -14 -315: ISSUANCE OF PERMIT. The Building Regulations <br /> Superintendent shall issue a permit to an applicant fully <br /> • <br /> complying with the provisions of this ordinance, unless the <br /> • installation of the sign for which the permit is requested is <br /> otherwise prohibited by law. <br /> Section 7 -14 -320: INSPECTION. The Building'Regulations <br /> Superintendent may at any time make such inspections as may be <br /> necessary to ascertain whether a sign will or does comply with <br /> this ordinance. An inspection shall be called for by the permit <br /> holder upon the completion of the structural portions of every <br /> sign and before the structural connections to the building or <br /> structure are concealed or covered. <br /> • <br /> 9/28/82 -8- <br />
