• TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINGS, AND SUBDIVISIONS Chapter 14 Signs Section 7 -14 -240: SALE OR LEASE SIGNS. One (1) non - illuminated sale or lease sign not to exceed face areas as follows: (a) Residential Districts - six (6) square feet; (b) Professional and Commercial Districts - twelve (12) square feet; (c) Industrial Districts - thirty -two (32) square feet. Section 7 -14 -245: TEMPORARY SIGNS AND WIND SIGNS: ELECTIONS, PUBLIC EVENTS. Upon compliance with the provisions of Section 7 -14 -560, wind signs and temporary signs relating to an election or public event therein described.
