The following signs are. <br /> permitted in the P (Professional) District: <br /> (a) Non - illuminated, indirectly illuminated or interior <br /> illuminated wall signs not to exceed a sign area as <br /> follows: <br /> (1) One (1) square foot per each foot or primary <br /> frontage. <br /> (2) In the case of a corner parcel, an additional <br /> one -half (1/2) square foot per each foot of a <br /> secondary frontage. <br /> (b) One (1) under - canopy sign per each street frontage. <br /> • <br /> (c) Subject to Site Development Sub - Commission approval and <br /> within the sign area limitation of Subdi vision (a), <br /> freestanding signs. <br /> (d) Subject to Site Development Sub- Commission approval and <br /> within the sign area limitation of Subdivision.
