(Ord. <br /> No. 74 -63, 11/4/74). <br /> Section 7 -14 -710: C -N DISTRICT. The following are <br /> permitted in the C -N (Neighborhood Commercial) District: <br /> (a) Non- illuminated or illuminated wall, roof, projecting or <br /> canopy signs not to exceed a sign area as follows: <br /> (1) four (4) square feet per each foot of primary <br /> frontage. <br /> (2) in the case of a corner property, an additional <br /> three (3) square feet of area per each foot of <br /> secondary frontage. <br /> (b) One (1) under- canopy sign per each street frontage. <br /> (c) Subject to Site Development Sub- Commission approval and , <br /> within the sign area limitation of Subdivision (a), <br /> freestanding signs. <br /> (d) Subject to Site Development Sub - Commission approval and <br /> within the sign area limitation of Subdivision (a), two <br /> (2) sign display structures.
