INDUSTRIAL AND SPECIAL DISTRICTS <br /> Section 7 -14 -800: I -P DISTRICT. The following signs are <br /> permitted in the I -P (Industrial Park) District: <br /> (a) Subject to Site Development Sub- Commission approval, <br /> non - illuminated, indirectly illuminated, or interior <br /> illuminated wall, roof or freestanding signs not to <br /> exceed three hundred (300) square feet in sign area per <br /> occupancy. <br /> (b) One (1) under canopy sign per each street frontage. <br /> (c) Subject to Site Development Sub - Commission approval and <br /> within the sign area limitation of Subdivision (a), two <br /> (2) sign display structures. <br /> Section 7 -14 -805: 1 -2 DISTRICT. The following signs -are <br /> permitted in the I -2 (General Industrial) District: <br /> (a) Non - illuminated or illuminated wall, roof or projecting <br /> signs not to exceed: <br /> (1) Five hundred (500) square feet in sign area per <br /> occupancy if installed within six hundred (600) <br /> feet of the right -of -way line of the Bay Area Rapid <br /> Transit District; or <br /> (2) Three hundred (300) square feet in sign area per <br /> occupancy if installed elsewhere. <br /> (b) One (1) under- canopy sign per each street frontage. <br /> (c) Subject to Site Development Sub- Commission approval and <br /> within the sign area limitation of Subdivision (a), <br /> freestanding signs. <br /> 9/28/28 -23- <br /> • <br /> • <br />
