• <br /> Sections 7 -3 -108.2 thru <br /> • 7-3 -115 <br /> TITLE VII NAPS, BUILDINGS, AND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> - Section 7- 3- 108.2: Where boundary lines are indicated as approximately <br /> following lot lines, such lot lines shall be construed to be such boundaries. <br /> Section 7- 3- 108.3: Where a boundary line divides a lot or crosses un- <br /> subdivided property, the location of such boundary shall be as indicated <br /> upon the zoning map using the scale appearing on such map. <br /> Section 7- 3- 108.4: Where a lot held in one ownership and of record <br /> at the effective date of this ordinance is divided by a district boundary <br /> line, the entire lot shall be construed to be within the less restricted <br /> district; provided, that this construction shall not apply If it increases <br /> the area of the less restricted portion of the lot by more than twenty (20) <br /> •per cent. <br /> Section 7- 3- 108.5: Wherever any property is not under these rules <br /> specifically Included in any district shown on the zoning map, such property <br /> is hereby declared to be in an R -1 District. <br /> Sections 7 -3 -109 - 7 - - 114: (Not Used). <br /> Section 7-3 -115: INTERPRETATION. In their interpretation and appli- <br /> cation, the provisions of this chapter shall be held to be minimum require- <br /> ments. Except as specifically herein provided, it is not intended to re- <br /> peal, abrogate, annul or in any way impair or interfere with any existing <br /> law or ordinance of the City, or any easement, covenant or other agreement <br /> between parties; provided, however, that where this chapter imposes a <br /> greater restriction upon the use of buildings or premises, or upon the <br /> height or bulk of buildings, or requires larger building site areas, yards <br /> or open spaces than are imposed or required by ary'such other law, ordinance, <br /> easement, covenant or agreement, then the provisions of this chanter shall <br /> control. <br /> 5 <br /> • <br /> . <br />
