Ownership <br /> characteristics shall Include ownership in common with others of a <br /> parcel of land or a building site and certain parts of a building <br /> thereon which would normally be used all occupants, together <br /> with ownership in fee of a particular unit or apartment and the <br /> air space it occupies in such building. A dwelling is a building, or <br /> portion thereof, containing one or more dwelling units. A single <br /> family dwelling is a building containing exclusively a single <br /> dwelling unit for use by one family only without lodgers or <br /> boarders for compensation. A two - family dwelling is a building <br /> containing exclusively two dwelling units, each of which is for <br /> use by one family only without lodgers or boarders for <br /> compensation. A multiple dwelling is a building, or portion • <br /> thereof, containing three or more dwelling units, but not <br /> including motel, hotel or boarding hosue, as defined herein. <br /> Section 7 -3 -134: DEPARTMENT STORE. A retail business offering <br /> for sale a wide variety of goods which includes, but is not <br /> limited to, all of the following items: men's, women's and <br /> children's clothing and personal accessories, home furnishings, <br /> such as rugs, carpets, drapes, curtains, beddings, and bathroom <br /> accessories, and household goods such as small appliances, dishes <br /> and kitchenware.
