• 'TITLE VII • MAPS, BUILDIA AND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> • <br /> (c) meetings and offices for community organizations; <br /> • <br /> (d) theatre, concert or lecture; <br /> (e) temporary or permanent display of works of art or of <br /> historical or cultural significance; <br /> (f) church or other religious service; <br /> (g) professional, administrative and executive offices; <br /> (h) social counseling services; <br /> (i) recreational classes; <br /> (j) athletic contests or practices, including offices for <br /> athletic clubs or organizations; <br /> (k) day nurseries, nursery schools, kindergarten and child <br /> care centers; and <br /> (1) assembly and packaging of previously prepared materials <br /> provided such activity is conducted entirely within a <br /> completely enclosed building. <br /> Any such conditional use may be approved for additional periods of <br /> up to five (5) years pursuant to Sections 7 -3 -640 et seq. (Ord. <br /> No. 82 -091, 11/22/82) <br /> Section 7 -3 -233: BUILDING SITE REQUIREMENTS - MULTIPLE RESIDENCE <br /> DISTRICTS. The minimum width of a building site shall be fifty <br /> (50) feet on interior lots and sixty (60) feet on corner lots. <br /> Except where a greater area is required as a condition of approval <br /> of a multiple dwelling or a conditional use or to meet the density <br /> limitations hereinafter provided, the minimum area of a building <br /> site shall be twenty thousand (20,000) square feet for a church or <br /> a school and five thousand (3,000) square feet for all other <br /> uses. (Ord. No. 69 -16, 4/21/69) <br /> Section 7 -3 -234: BELOW MARKET RATE UNIT REQUIREMENT. Not less <br /> than ten (10) percent of units in new multi - family developments of <br /> twenty (20) or more units, as defined in the San Leandro Below <br /> Market Rate Program, shall be made affordable for persons of low <br /> and moderate income in accordance with that Program. (Ord. No. <br /> 81 -014, 3/16/81) <br /> Section 7 -3 -240: DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS - R -3 DISTRICTS. <br /> Specific development requirements relating to density, yards, <br /> height, coverage and usable open space as hereinafter provided <br /> shall govern all development in the R -3 (Multiple Residence) <br /> District.
