(Legislative History: Ord. No. 69 -16, 4/21/69) <br /> (b) The number of accommodations for occupancy by each <br /> guest, boarder or patient in a hotel, boarding house or <br /> nursing home, rest home or home for the care of the aged <br /> shall not exceed the number obtained by dividing the <br /> area of the building site by five hundred (500) and <br /> adjusting any fractional result eaual• to or greater than <br /> one half (1/2) to the next higher whole number. Where <br /> one (1) or more dwelling units also occupy the building <br /> site, the area of the building site for purposes of <br /> computation hereunder shall first be reduced by fifteen <br /> hundred (1,500) square feet for each such dwelling <br /> unit. (Legislative History: Ord. No. 69 -16, 4/21/69) <br /> Section 7 -3 -242: YARD REQUIREMENTS: <br /> • <br /> (a) The depth of the front yard shall be no less than twenty <br /> (20) feet. <br /> (b). The width of a street -side side yard shall be not less <br /> than ten (10) feet. <br /> (c) The width of an interior side yard shall be not less <br /> than ten per cent (10 %) of the width of the building <br /> site, or ten (10) feet, whichever is lesser. <br /> (d) The depth of the rear yard shall be not less than <br /> fifteen (15) feet. (Legislative History: Ord. No. 69 -16 <br /> 4/21/69) <br /> Section 7 -3- 242.1: ACCESS RAMPS FOR HANDICAPPED. Construction of <br /> ramps for the purpose of providing access for handicapped persons <br /> may be permitted within any required yard area, subject to Site <br /> Development approval as provided in Sections 7 -3 -571 through <br /> 7 -3 -573. No. 84 -10, 5/7/84) <br /> Section 7 -3 -243: HEIGHT LIMITATIONS. <br /> (a) The height of a dwelling shall not exceed twenty -five <br /> (25) feet. <br /> (b) The height of an accessory building shall not exceed <br /> fifteen (15) feet. <br /> (c) The height of other main buildings shall be as regulated <br /> by Section 7 -3 -505. <br /> (Legislative History: Ord.
