• <br /> TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINdlOAND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning • <br /> • <br /> Section 7 -3 -252: YARD REQUIREMENTS: <br /> (a) The depth of the front yard shall be not less than <br /> fifteen (15) feet. <br /> (b) The width of each side yard shall be not less than ten <br /> (10) feet. <br /> • (c) The depth of the rear yard shall be not less than <br /> Fifteen (15) feet.. <br /> (Legislative History: Ord. No. 69 -16, 4/21/69) <br /> Section 7 -3- 252.1: ACCESS RAMPS FOR HANDICAPPED. Construction of <br /> ramps for the purpose of providing access for handicapped persons <br /> may be permitted within any required yard area, subject to Site <br /> Development approval as provided in Sections 7 -3 -571 through <br /> 7 -3 -573. (Legislative History: Ord. No. 84 -10, 5/7/84) <br /> • <br /> Section 7 -3 -253: HEIGHT LIMITATIONS: <br /> . Usable open space shall be provided in a total amount <br /> not less than two hundred (200) square feet times the number of <br /> dwelling units on the site. Said usable open space shall include <br /> not less than one hundred twenty (120) square feet of private <br /> usable open space for each dwelling unit whose main floor is four <br /> (4) feet or less above grade; and not less than sixty (60) square <br /> feet of private usable opne• space for each dwelling whose main <br /> floor is more than four (4) feet above grade; and not less than <br /> 60 square feet times the number of dwelling units on the site of <br /> common usable open space. Remaining usable open space may be <br /> either private or common. (Legislative History: Ord. No. 69 -16, <br /> 4/21/69; Ord.
