Section 7 -3 -280 thru <br /> 7 -3 -282.1 <br /> TITLE VII <br /> MAPS, BUILDINGS AND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning • <br /> Section 7 -3 -280: 0 DISTRICT (CUTER. RESIDENTIAL). The following regulations <br /> shall apply to every lot and building site in an 0 District and shall be subject <br /> to all of the general provisions of this Chapter. Every 0 District hereafter <br /> established shall have an area of not less than one hundred (100) acres. <br /> Section 7 -3 -281: PERMITTED USES - 0 DISTRICT. <br /> Section 7 -3- 281..1: One single family dwelling. <br /> Section 7- 3- 281.2: Accessory buildings and uses, as regulated herein. <br /> Section 7 -3- 281.3: (Repealed, Ord.No.70 -25, May 11, 1970) <br /> Section 7 -3- 281.4: Temporary building or use, as regulated in section <br /> 7 -3 -540. <br /> Section 7 -3- 281.5: (Repealed, Ord.No.69 -22, April 28, 1969, Effec. <br /> June 1, 1969) <br /> Section 7 -3- 281.6: Truck gardening or horticulture, where no building <br /> is involved. <br /> Section 7 -3- 281.7: Additional one- family or two- family dwellings on the <br /> same lot, subject to the area requirments and other regulations hereinafter <br /> set forth. <br /> Section 7 -3- 281.8: Horticulture, agriculture, and harvesting of crops, <br /> provided that on a lot where the principal use is such, there shall be no <br /> accessory building. <br /> Section 7 -3 -282: CONDITIONAL USES - 0 DISTRICTS: The following uses <br /> shall be permitted only if authorized as conditional uses in accordance with <br /> the provisions of Sections 7 -3 -640 thru 7 -3 -648. <br /> (Ord.No. 64 -49, Oct.5, 1964) <br /> Section 7 -3- 282.1: Public, parochial or private school, attendance at <br /> which satisfies the requirements of the compulsory education laws of the <br /> State of California. <br /> 8/70 <br /> 43 <br />
