TITLE. VII MAPS, BUILDINGS AND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning • . <br /> Conditional Use - C -2 District • <br /> Section 7 -3 -326: YARDS REQUIRED - C -2 DISTRICTS. <br /> (a) .No building shall be located less than ten (10) feet <br /> from the lot line of a building site within a <br /> - residential district; provided, however, that a lesser <br /> setback may be authorized by conditional use approval <br /> pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 -3 -640 et seq. <br /> ••(b) If. a building site in the C -2 District is in the same <br /> block and on the same side of the Street as <br /> site in an R District, the setback from said street for <br /> ;,• any building site in the C -2 District•within two hundred <br /> . (200) feet of said R District Boundary, measured along <br /> said street, shall equal the setback required on the R <br /> District building site; provided, however, that a lesser <br /> setback may be authorized by - conditional use approval <br /> pursuant to the provisions of Sections 7 -3 -640 et seq. <br /> 1c) That : portion of,any building containing dwelling units <br /> shall be setback not less than twenty ( feet from the <br /> -rear lot line. <br /> (Ord.
