TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDING4,ND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> • <br /> .Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> Section 7 -3 -327: (Repealed, Ord. No. 62 -31, 6/11/62; Ord. No. <br /> 69 -22, 4/28/69) <br /> Section 7 -3 -328: ACCESSORY USES - C -2 DISTRICTS. No use shall ' <br /> be permitted as accessory to a listed use which involves or <br /> requires the employment of more than five (5) persons, or the use <br /> of any single machine of more than two and one -half (2 1/2) <br /> horsepower, or of more than ten (10) horsepower in the aggregate <br /> in any one (1) establishment, or the production of goods not <br /> intended for retail sale or use on the premises. These <br /> limitations do not apply to machines and employees pertaining <br /> . integrally to the listed use itself. <br /> Section 7 -3 -329: OTHER CONDITIONS C -2 DISTRICTS. All uses <br /> permitted and all servicing, fabricating, processing, repair or <br /> storage uses accessory thereto, shall be conducted entirely within <br /> enclosed buildings, except the following: automobile service <br /> station, car washing establishment, parking lot, required loading <br /> and parking spaces, drive -in restaurants, signs, planted nursery <br /> stock, and uses specified in Sections 7- 3- 322(f), 7- 3- 322(g), <br /> 7- 3- 322(h). (Legislative History: Ord. No. 65 -24, 5/3/65) <br /> Section 7 -3 -330: C -3 DISTRICT (CENTRAL BUSINESS). The C -3 <br /> District (Central Business) is established to provide for the <br /> grouping together of tyres of business activity which in close <br /> proximity to one another are mutually beneficial and tend to <br /> create an environment suited to the central business district of <br /> the City, to prevent the development therein of rrew uses having a <br /> disruptive influence on pedestrian shopping and business <br /> activities, and by review of site development to assure conformity <br /> to the proposals of the community for modernizing and revitalizing <br /> the area. The following regulations shall apply to a C -3 <br /> District, and shall be subject to all the general provisions of <br /> this .Chapter. <br /> Section 7 -3 -331: USES PERMITTED WITH SITE DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL - <br /> C 3 DISTRICTS. The following uses are permitted, subject in each <br /> instance to Site Development approval, as provided in Sections <br /> 7 -3 -571 through 7 -3 -573; provided, however, that any use listed <br /> herein shall be permitted without Site Development approval if <br /> such use does not exist for a time in excess of thirty (30) days. <br /> (Legislative History: Ord.
