Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> Conditional Use - C -4 District <br /> (d) Planned unit development as regulated in Section <br /> 7 -3 -644. <br /> (e) Landing field for aircraft. <br /> (f) Wireless transmission. <br /> (g) Animal hospital, veterinary establishment. <br /> (h) Automotive service station. <br /> (i) Car wash. <br /> (j) Manufacture, assembly, packaging, repairing or secondary <br /> processing of previously prepared materials within a <br /> building when the use occupies a gross floor area in <br /> excess of five thousand (5,000) square feet. <br /> (k) Restaurant or drive -in restaurant. <br /> (1) Commercial parking lot. <br /> (m) . Transit passenger terminal facilities. <br /> (n) Liquor stores exceeding two thousand (2000) square feet <br /> of gross floor area. <br /> • <br /> (o) Amusement center as defined by Section 4 -3 -110. <br /> (p) Commercial development occupying sites in excess of one <br /> (1) acre, in size. <br /> (q) Convenience food store. <br /> • <br /> (r) Instrumental and vocal music practice and related office <br /> and social activities provided such activities are <br /> conducted entirely within a completely enclosed <br /> building. <br /> (Legislative History: Ord.
