(f) Wireless transmission. (g) Animal hospital, veterinary establishment. (h) Automotive service station. (i) Car wash. (j) Manufacture, assembly, packaging, repairing or secondary processing of previously prepared materials within a building when the use occupies a gross floor area in excess of five thousand (5,000) square feet. (k) Restaurant or drive -in restaurant. (1) Commercial parking lot. (m) . Transit passenger terminal facilities. (n) Liquor stores exceeding two thousand (2000) square feet of gross floor area. • (o) Amusement center as defined by Section 4 -3 -110. (p) Commercial development occupying sites in excess of one (1) acre, in size. (q) Convenience food store. • (r) Instrumental and vocal music practice and related office and social activities provided such activities are conducted entirely within a completely enclosed building. Minimum area required for each main building - two thousand (2000) square feet. (Ord. No. 67 -8, Feb. 20, 1967) Section 7 -3 -344: HEIGHT LIMITATIONS - C -4 DISTRICTS. Maximum heights of any main'building shall be sixty -five (65) feet, unless a building of greater height shall be authorized by the Board of Zoning Adjustments as a conditional use. Maximum height of an accessory building or any portion of a main building which is within twenty (20) feet of an R District; twenty (20) feet. (Ord. No. 67 -8, Feb. 20, 1967)
