.TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINGS AND SUBDIVISIONS Chapter 3 Zoning .Section 7 -3 -350: C R DISTRICTS (COMMERCIAL RECREATION). The C R. District (Commercial Recreation) is established to provide for waterfront recreation activities and for the types of business activities which are related to and in harmony with them, and to avoid absorption of land set aside for these purposes by inappropriate types of commercial use. The following regulations shall apply to a C R *District, and shall be subject to all the general provisions of this Chapter. Section 7 -3 -351: USES PERMITTED WITH SITE DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL - C R DISTRICTS. The following uses are permitted, subject in each instance to Site Development approval as provided in Sections 7 -3 -571 through 7 -3 -573: (a) Commercial developments occupying sites of not less than twenty -five thousand (25,000) square feet, nor greater than one (1) acre, in size. ' (b) Retail sales; • .(c) Ship chandlery; (d) Yacht or boating clubhouse; establishment where alcoholic beverages are served or commercial place of amusement where live entertainment or music for dancing is provided, subject to the provisions of Section 7 -3 -544; (e) Marina service station; (f) Commercial parking lot; (g) Wharf, mooring dock, boat storage; (h) Bath house, plunge; (i) Golf course, pitch and putt course, driving range; (j) Temporary uses as regulated in Section 7 -3 -540; (k) Boatels, motels; (1) Communications offices and studios. No. 84 -028, 1/7/85) Section 7 -3 -352: CONDITIONAL USES - C R DISTRICTS. The following uses shall be permitted only if authorized as conditional uses in accordance with the provisions of Sections 7 -3 -640 and 7 -3 -648. 1/9/85 -68-
