.TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINGS AND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> .Section 7 -3 -350: C R DISTRICTS (COMMERCIAL RECREATION). The C R. <br /> District (Commercial Recreation) is established to provide for <br /> waterfront recreation activities and for the types of business <br /> activities which are related to and in harmony with them, and to <br /> avoid absorption of land set aside for these purposes by <br /> inappropriate types of commercial use. The following regulations <br /> shall apply to a C R *District, and shall be subject to all the <br /> general provisions of this Chapter. <br /> Section 7 -3 -351: USES PERMITTED WITH SITE DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL - <br /> C R DISTRICTS. The following uses are permitted, subject in each <br /> instance to Site Development approval as provided in Sections <br /> 7 -3 -571 through 7 -3 -573: <br /> (a) Commercial developments occupying sites of not less than <br /> twenty -five thousand (25,000) square feet, nor greater <br /> than one (1) acre, in size. <br /> ' (b) Retail sales; <br /> • <br /> .(c) Ship chandlery; <br /> (d) Yacht or boating clubhouse; establishment where <br /> alcoholic beverages are served or commercial place of <br /> amusement where live entertainment or music for dancing <br /> is provided, subject to the provisions of Section <br /> 7 -3 -544; <br /> (e) Marina service station; <br /> (f) Commercial parking lot; <br /> (g) Wharf, mooring dock, boat storage; <br /> (h) Bath house, plunge; <br /> (i) Golf course, pitch and putt course, driving range; <br /> (j) Temporary uses as regulated in Section 7 -3 -540; <br /> (k) Boatels, motels; <br /> (1) Communications offices and studios. <br /> (Legislative History: Ord.
