Section 7 -3-400 <br /> thru 7 -3 -411.3 <br /> TRLL VII MAPS, BUILDINGS AND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning - <br /> Section 7- 3-400: INDUSTRIAL AND SP CTAL DISTRIC Certain classes of <br /> districts, designated respectively by the symbols I P, I -2, X and N and collie - <br /> Lively referred to herein as Lnduacrial Districts, or I Districts, are established <br /> for the purposes hereinafter set forth. <br /> Section 7 -3 -410: I P DISTRICT ( INDUSTRIAL 9 A °v). The I P 0istr'_ct (Industrial <br /> Park) is established to provide for and encourage the grouping together of such <br /> light industrial uses as are capable of being operated under high standards ae to <br /> location and appearance of buildings and the treatment of the land about them and <br /> are unobtrusive and not detrimental to surrounding commercial and residential uses. <br /> Neither principal nor accessory uses permitted shall be interpreted to include any <br /> . use which by reason of its nature or manner of operation will create conditions <br /> • - hazardous, noxious or offensive to the community when located in an I P District. <br /> The following regulations shall apply to every lot or parcel of land in an I P <br /> District, and shall be subject to all the general provisions of this chapter. <br /> Section 7 -3 -411: USi5 pl3mIT7ED - I D AT9T°TCT1. Temporary uses as regulated <br /> in Section 7 -3-540 are permitted. The following uses are permitted, subject. in <br /> the use of each such use hereafter established, to approval of site development <br /> as provided in Section 7 -3 -571. (Ord. No. 69-22, Apr. 28, 1969) <br /> Section 7- 3- 411.1: Manufacture within a building of such goods as toys, <br /> novelties or clothing. <br /> Section 7- 3- 411.12: Assembly, packaging, repairing or secondary processing <br /> of previously prepared materials. <br /> Section 7- 3- 411.2: Manufacturing, processing, packaging, treatment or <br /> fabrication of goods and merchandise, excluding any use or class of uses <br /> specifically mentioned as permitted in only the I -2 District. <br /> Section 7- 3- 411.3: Office, industrial laboratory, storage building, <br /> warehouse.
