The <br /> following uses shall be permitted only if authorized as <br /> conditional uses in accordance with the provisions of Sections <br /> 7 -3 -640 through 7 -3 -648: <br /> (a) Planned Unit Development, as regulated by Section <br /> 7 -3 -644. <br /> (b) Public and quasi - public buildings and uses and public <br /> utility buildings or service yards, when necessary to <br /> serve the area. <br /> (c) An industrial use not limited in, or specifically <br /> excluded by, Section 7 -3 -411, provided that a showing of <br /> complete compatibility with uses permitted and with the <br /> stated purpose of this class of district can be made. <br /> (d) Restaurant, when qualifed as accessory to a use <br /> permitted in I P Districts. <br /> (e) Medical office, clinic or laboratory limited to the <br /> practice of industrial medicine. <br /> (f) Social Service Office. <br /> (g) Amusement Center as defined by Section 4 -3 -110 of this <br /> Code, occupying not more than twenty percent (20 %) of <br /> the gross floor area of any restaurant permitted as a <br /> conditional use pursuant to Section 7- 3- 412(d) above. <br /> 7/82 -72- <br />
