Medical Transportation Eligibility: <br />• San Leandro Resident— Must live within the incorporated City limits. (CITY will determine <br />eligibility) <br />• 75 years old or older, or 18 years or older and East Bay Paratransit Certified. <br />Non - registrant Companion: <br />• Eligible passengers will be able to travel with a non - registrant companion to assist with parcels and <br />act as a Personal Care Attendants (PCA) if the registrant feels one is required. All companions <br />must be identified at the time a trip is requested. <br />2.2 CURRENT OPERATIONAL STATISTICS <br />221. Number of Registered Program Participants <br />• Approximately 400 Registered Riders <br />2.2.2. Service Area <br />• Flex Shuttle: City of San Leandro (Incorporated City Limits) <br />• Medical Trips: Alameda County <br />2.2.3. Service Days <br />• 5 days per week, Monday through Friday <br />• Approximately 10 holiday (non - service) days per year <br />• Service on holidays is coordinated with CONTRACTOR in advance <br />• Actual days of operation could change based on demand <br />2.2.4. Hours of Operation <br />• Shuttle Bus: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM <br />• Medical Trips: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM <br />• Service will be provided during the hours listed above without a break in service for <br />lunch or employee breaks <br />2.2.5. Approximate Billable Hours (Based on Grant & 2010 -11 Service) <br />• Flex Shuttle Bus 3500 <br />• Medical Trips 1988 <br />• Interim Service (Included in Medical Trips) <br />2.2.6.
