IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT THE MEASURE B <br />PARATRANSIT APPLICATION FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF MEASURE B <br />PARATRANSIT FUNDS IN FY 2011 -12 TO THE ALAMEDA COUNTY <br />TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY (ACTIA), AND TO NEGOTIATE <br />AND EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS IN SUPPORT OF THESE ACTIVITIES. <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, before Measure B Paratransit funds will be made available to local <br />agencies, the LOCAL AGENCY is required to approve the annual application for Measure B <br />Paratransit funding; and <br />WHEREAS, the Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority (ACTIA) <br />requires a resolution approving the annual application. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the City Council authorizes the City Manager to submit the Measure B <br />Paratransit Application for the expenditure of Measure B Paratransit funds in FY 2011 -12 to <br />ACTIA, and to negotiate and execute all documents in support of these activities. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution will be transmitted to <br />ACTIA. <br />Introduced by Council Member and passed and adopted <br />this 20th day of June 2011, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />
