TIMELINES <br />By October 1, 2011, SAVE will have accomplished: <br />• Seventy -five (75) students from middle and high schools in San Leandro and surrounding communities <br />will participate in a Teen Dating Violence Prevention Presentation. <br />• Seventy -five percent (75 %) (56 of 75) of the students who participate in the Teen Dating Violence <br />Prevention will increase their knowledge of domestic violence and the resources available to victims. <br />• Thirty -seven (37) Alameda County residents, who are domestic violence victims and have contact with <br />law enforcement, will be provided with crisis intervention services, domestic violence education, and/or <br />referrals. <br />• Seventy -five percent (75 %) (27 of 37) of the Alameda County residents, who are victims and have <br />made domestic violence reports, will increase their level of self- sufficiency by the provision of crisis <br />intervention services and domestic violence education which teach them new safety skills. <br />By January 1, 2012, SAVE will have accomplished: <br />• 150 students from middle and high schools in San Leandro and surrounding communities will <br />participate in a Teen Dating Violence Prevention Presentation. <br />• Seventy -five percent (75 %) (112 of 150) of the students who participate in the Teen Dating Violence <br />Prevention will increase their knowledge of domestic violence and the resources available to victims. <br />• Seventy -four (74) Alameda County residents, who are domestic violence victims and have contact with <br />law enforcement, will be provided with crisis intervention services, domestic violence education, and/or <br />referrals. <br />• Seventy -five percent (75 %) (55 of 74) of the Alameda County residents, who are victims and have <br />made domestic violence reports, will increase their level of self- sufficiency by the provision of crisis <br />intervention services and domestic violence education which teach them new safety skills. <br />By April 1, 2012, SAVE will have accomplished: <br />• 225 students from middle and high schools in San Leandro and surrounding communities will <br />participate in a Teen Dating Violence Prevention Presentation. <br />• Seventy -five percent (75 %) (168 of 225) of the students who participate in the Teen Dating Violence <br />Prevention will increase their knowledge of domestic violence and the resources available to victims. <br />• 111 Alameda County residents, who are domestic violence victims and have contact with law <br />enforcement, will be provided with crisis intervention services, domestic violence education, and/or <br />referrals. <br />• Seventy -five percent (75 %) (83 of 111) of the Alameda County residents, who are victims and have <br />made domestic violence reports, will increase their level of self- sufficiency by the provision of crisis <br />intervention services and domestic violence education which teach them new safety skills. <br />By July 1, 2012, SAVE will have accomplished: <br />• 300 students from middle and high schools in San Leandro and surrounding communities will <br />participate in a Teen Dating Violence Prevention Presentation. <br />• Seventy -five percent (75 %) (225 of 300) of the students who participate in the Teen Dating Violence <br />Prevention will increase their knowledge of domestic violence and the resources available to victims. <br />• 150 Alameda County residents, who are domestic violence victims and have contact with law <br />enforcement, will be provided with crisis intervention services, domestic violence education, and/or <br />referrals. <br />• Seventy -five percent (75 %) (112 of 150) of the Alameda County residents, who are victims and have <br />made domestic violence reports, will increase their level of self- sufficiency by the provision of crisis <br />intervention services and domestic violence education which teach them new safety skills. <br />-14- <br />CDBG Agreement with SAVE FY11 -12 <br />
