IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011-127 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH KAISER <br /> FOUNDATION HOSPITALS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ON MERCED STREET AND <br /> FAIRWAY DRIVE <br /> An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, a copy of <br /> which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Cutter and passed and adopted this 20th day of June, 2011, <br /> by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Sousa, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: VMatt: A- <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
