Kell -Smith and Associates; <br /> Christian Valdes and Wayne Bryant, Airport Noise Management Office; <br /> John Manuel, Francois Gallo, Harold Perez, Wafaa Aborashed <br /> The meeting was called to order at 9:05 a.m. <br /> 1. Update on Noise Insulation Program <br /> • <br /> William Schock and Mary Knuckles gave an update on the insulation program. The first of <br /> the 10 introductory phase homes will see constniction begin on May 22, and the last home is <br /> expected to be completed on June S. C. Kell -Smith and Associates have begun to survey the <br /> next 90 homes in the program. They are meeting with homeowners one -on -one to review the <br /> project and provide them with copies of agreements that will need to be signed. <br /> Announcement of the selection of the remaining hones to participate in the final phase of the <br /> program should begin in July, with a lottery to select the remaining 50 +1- homes in <br /> September. The final count will be determined by the number of homeowners who opt out of <br /> this next phase of the program. <br /> Committee members discussed various aspects of the program, including the handouts given <br /> the homeowners and options for insulation features for the homes. <br /> Committee Recommendations <br /> None <br /> 2.
