• • • • At our meeting, we agreed to the following Stakeholder Committee composition: Organization Number of Representatives City of Alameda 1 staff (plus 1 alternate) CLASS 2 community members Berkeley KJOB Committee 2 community members City of San Leandro 1 staff (plus 1 alternate) 2 community members City of Oakland 1 staff (plus 1 alternate) • • 2 community members . (1) The Port of Oakland will invite one airline representative and one general aviation representative to be a member of the Stakeholder Committee. (2) Berkeley KJOB Committee may coordinate with the City of Berkeley to, invite one staff person to participate in the Steering Committee. (3) Local chamber of commerce representatives may be invited. Therefore, we•would like to invite the City of San Leandro to designate one staff person (and one alternate) and two community members to participate in the Stakeholder Committee throughout the master planning process. We expect your staff person to keep your organization, including elected officials, abreast of progress and direction of the master plan effort. We anticipate that the 'first meeting wi start in mid to late May 2004, and we therefore ask that you provide us the names and contact information for your representatives by the first week of May 2004, so• that we can appropriately schedule the first Stakeholder Committee meeting. Please provide the names and contact information to Mr. Douglas Mansel, who will be managing the master plan effort for the Port.
