• • <br /> PORT OF OAKLAND AND CITY OF ALAMEDA AGREEMENT <br /> • Port will not build new cargo or passenger facilities, until Airport Master Plan approved. <br /> • Port will not build ADP U. S. Post office facilities for at least 30 years. <br /> • Until Master Plan approved, Port not to use ADP EIR project D -4 site for cargo. <br /> • .Port will not approve, construct or propose runway inboard of existing Runway 11/29 <br /> before or in Master Plan. <br /> • Petitioners will have formal representation in formulation of the Master Plan. <br /> • Port will pay for traffic emergency studies to determine ADP traffic impacts on three <br /> Alameda intersections. <br /> • <br /> • Port will attempt to persuade FAA to maximize use of "Silent 7" departure procedure on <br /> Runway 29. <br /> • Port shall work to obtain enhanced compliance with noise abatement procedures in 1976 <br /> agreement with Alameda and other parties. <br /> • Port will fund study to evaluate general aviation departures from Runway 27 L/R under <br /> visual flight rules, to identify measures to reduce general aviation noise. <br /> • <br /> • Port shall pay Alameda $375,000 for attorneys fees and litigation costs. . <br /> • <br /> • Port will not construct new runways on Airport's North Field. • <br /> • • Existing North Field runways shall not be realigned, lengthened, widened, reconstructed <br /> or overlaid to increase weight, wheel load, size or design group of aircraft using those <br /> runways. <br /> • Port reconfirmed its commitment to noise abatement procedures in the 1976 agreement <br /> between Port, Alameda and other parties. <br /> • Port to identify any North Field operations that do not conform to noise abatement <br /> procedures, notify responsible party and provide quarterly reports to Petitioners. <br /> • Port shall notify all existing and future aircraft operators of noise abatement procedures. <br /> • ' Port shall coordinate with Oakland tower and FAA to try and obtain pilot compliance with <br /> noise abatement procedures. <br /> • Port shall construct, operate and maintain one additional permanent noise monitor. <br /> • Port shall prepare and implement plan to encourage and maximize compliance with pre- <br /> f.
