• • <br /> • Port to utilize radar data to provide Petitioners with quarterly reports on number and <br /> percentage of airport operations that do not have noise abatement procedures. • <br /> • Until quarterly reports are prepared, Port to provide Petitioners with monthly report on <br /> aircraft departures and arrivals from the north between 10: 00 pm and 7;00 am. <br /> • Port shall jointly undertake with Petitioners a noise study of impacts associated with a <br /> crosswind runway alignment. <br /> • Port to prepare a 20 -year Airport Master Plan. <br /> • Port Board's : Aviation Committee shall meet three limes annually with 7 member <br /> committee created by Petitioners and this committee shall be given Aviation Committee <br /> and Port Board public agenda reports. <br /> • <br /> • Port shall place notice of Port projects and CEOA notices and documents on Port <br /> website. <br /> • • Port will not prepare. approve, or construct any extension of Runway 11129 that would <br /> increase total•effective length of that runway in excess of 11,600 feet. <br /> • <br /> • Port shall install, operate and maintain a flight tracking system and shall display flight <br /> track and flight operations on Airport website. <br /> • Port will coordinate with FAA and airline carriers to maximize and enhance compliance <br /> with noise abatement procedures.
