Randolph, City Attorney RE: Settlement Agreement Between Port of Oakland and City of Alameda The settlement agreement between the Port and San Leandro has one more hurdle before it fully goes into effect. That is FM approval of the ADP. Until that is completed, the Port has agreed to get the City's • insulation program started. • In addition, the Port staff has agreed to include several components of Alameda's settlement agreement into an agreement with San Leandro. The next step is that San Leandro City Attorney and staff will prepare a proposed agreement to expedite the insulation program. That agreement will include release of a portion of the insulation funds, formal representation for the City of San Leandro in the Port's Master Plan process, and an agreement by the Port to provide all of the reports that are required in the Alameda settlement agreement to San Leandro.
