Resolution No. 2011 -123, Resolution Ordering the Levy and Collection of Assessments Within the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District (Assessment District No. 96 -3), Fiscal Year 2011 -12 (decreases the assessments by 46% from $500.66 to $342.66 per single - family unit and from $333.76 to $228.42 per motor court unit). Resolution No. 2011 -125, Resolution Approving Annual Rent Review Program Evaluation for June 2010 to May 2011 (provides for annual review pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Section 4 -32 -500). X. Resolution No. 2011 -126, Resolution Authorizing the Submittal of a Grant Application to the Statewide Park Development and Community Revitalization Program of 2008 for the Improvement of Siempre Verde Park (authorizes submittal of a grant application for $2.9 million in Prop. 84 funds for improvements to Siempre Verde Park).
