IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011- <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TEXT CORRECTIONS TO TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4 OF THE SAN <br />LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RELATING TO FEES AND CHARGES FOR <br />SERVICES PROVIDED BY CITY DEPARTMENTS <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, following notice and hearing as required by law, Title 6, Chapter 4, Section <br />6.4. 100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code, was approved by the City Council on May 2, <br />2011; and <br />WHEREAS, following that approval, staff noticed there were several technical errors in the <br />exhibits due to formatting changes that required correction. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the technical corrections to Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 6.4. 100 of the San Leandro <br />Administrative Code, a copy of which is attached, are hereby approved; and <br />That the provisions of this Section shall take effect on July 1, 2011. <br />Introduced by Councilmember and passed and adopted this 18th <br />day of July, 2011, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />1675081.1 <br />
