IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011-143 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING TEXT CORRECTIONS TO TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4 OF THE SAN <br /> LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RELATING TO FEES AND CHARGES FOR <br /> SERVICES PROVIDED BY CITY DEPARTMENTS <br /> RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS, following notice and hearing as required by law, Title 6, Chapter 4, Section <br /> 6.4.100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code, was approved by the City Council on May 2, <br /> 2011; and <br /> WHEREAS, following that approval, staff noticed there were several technical errors in the <br /> exhibits due to formatting changes that required correction. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the technical corrections to Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 6.4.100 of the San Leandro <br /> Administrative Code, a copy of which is attached, are hereby approved; and <br /> That the provisions of this Section shall take effect on July 1, 2011. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Cutter and passed and adopted this 18th day of July, 2011, <br /> by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None n (0) <br /> • <br /> ATTEST: `— i 61.40��6Z' (-- <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br /> 1675081.1 <br />
