The applicant shall comply with Exhibits A through E, attached to the statTreport dated <br /> October 7. 2010, except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file at the City of San <br /> Leandro Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street San Leandro, <br /> California). <br /> Exhibit A — Plot Plan (A.1) <br /> Exhibit B — Existing Floor Plan and Proposed Floor Plan (A.2) <br /> Exhibit C — Existing Elevations (A.3 -1) <br /> Exhibit D— Proposed Elevations (A.3 -2) <br /> Exhibit E — Proposed Sections <br /> B. The applicant and /or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any successor <br /> in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed of its terms <br /> and conditions. <br /> C. Construction shall commence within one (1) year following Board of Zoning <br /> Adjustments approval of the Conditional Use Permit, and shall be substantially <br /> completed one year after commencement of construction. For the purpose of <br /> compliance with this condition, commencement of construction shall be defined as <br /> • <br /> the pouring or construction of a substantial portion of the building foundation <br /> structures. Pursuant to Zoning Code Section 5 -2218, this approval shall lapse on <br /> October 7, 2011 unless a) a building permit has been issued, coupled with diligent <br /> progress evidencing a good faith intent to commence the intended use, or b) a written <br /> request for a one -year extension of the use permit is approved by the Zoning <br /> Enforcement Official. <br /> I1. USE RESTRICTIONS <br /> A. This conditional use permit approves construction of an addition to the existing single - <br /> story dwelling at 14595 Washington Avenue. The existing home (935 square foot <br /> two -story single- family home) would be enlarged with an 964 square feet addition <br /> and improved to a four bedroom and three bathroom dwelling. Said parcel is also <br /> known as Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Numbers 77B -I 139- 002 -04. <br /> B. Any changes to the approved exterior design of the addition shall be submitted in <br /> writing as a request to the Community Development Director. The request shall include <br /> but is not limited to the reason(s) for the changes) to the exterior design and exhibits <br /> that shall be neat, accurate, to scale, including dimensions, colors materials and finishes. <br /> C.
