City of San Leandro Agreement No.: 11- 806 -550 Project No.: C -06- 7002 -110 EXHIBIT A — SCOPE OF WORK & INCORPORATED DOCUMENTS 1. The Recipient agrees to start construction no later than August 31, 2011. 2. Completion of Construction date is hereby established as July 31, 2014. 3. The Project Completion date is hereby established as August 1, 2014. 4. The Recipient agrees to ensure that its final Request for Disbursement is received by the Division no later than January 30, 2015, unless prior approval has been granted by the Division. If the Recipient fails to do so, then the undisbursed balance of this Agreement will be deobligated. 5. The Project, commonly known as Water Pollution Control Plant Improvement Project generally consists of constructing and rehabilitating the Water Pollution Control Plant, as more particularly described in the financial assistance application of the Recipient and the accepted plans and specifications for the Project, if any. 6. Incorporated by reference into this Agreement are the following documents: (a) the Facilities Plan Approval Letter of March 7, 2011; (b) the Preliminary Funding Commitment of March 22, 2011; (c) the Final Plans & Specification, which are the basis for the construction Contract to be awarded by the Recipient (Agreement will be amendment to incorporate such document); (d) the Waste Discharge Requirement Order No. R2- 2006 -0053 and National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Permit No. CA0037869; and (e) the Recipient's Reimbursement Resolution No. 2010 -137 dated November 1, 2010. These documents shall be binding on the Recipient, except where specifically superseded by the terms of this Agreement. • A -1 21310 o. I•M
