situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, said land or <br />interests therein being shown on the map or plat marked, "Exhibit A," attached <br />hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />EXCEPTING 'THEREFROM all those portions of the above- described <br />property occupied by the supports and foundations of the bridge viaduct. <br />ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that portion of said property above a hori- <br />zontal plane 8 feet below the underside of the superstructure of <br />the bridge viaduct which plane extends to the vertical boundaries of the <br />above - described property, as shown on the diagram marked "Exhibit B," <br />attached hereto and by this referenced made a part hereof.) <br />ARTICLE 3. TERM <br />The term of this Lease shall be for ninety -nine (99) years, <br />commencing December 1, 1983, and expiring. November 30, 2082. <br />ARTICLE 4. RENT <br />4.1 Rent <br />Tenant shall pay to Landlord a one time rent payment the sum of <br />$500.00 <br />Rent shall be paid to Landlord at the address to which notices <br />to Landlord are given. <br />ARTICLE 54 USE <br />5.1 Specified Use <br />The premises shall be used and occupied by Tenant for the purpose <br />of Public Parking and other uses as approved by lessor. <br />-3- <br />
