16.11 Interest on Past. Due Obligations <br />Except as expressly herein provided, any amount due to <br />Landlord not paid when due shall bear interest at a rate equal to <br />the Federal Reserve Board discount rate per annum from the due <br />date. Payment of such interest together with the amount due <br />shall excuse or cure any default by Tenant under this lease. <br />16.12 Recording <br />Tenant shall not record this lease without Landlord's <br />prior written consent, and such recordation shall, at the option <br />of Landlord, constitute a non - curable default of Tenant <br />hereunder., Either party shall, upon request of the other, <br />execute, acknowledge and deliver to the other a short from <br />memorandum of this Lease for recording purposes. <br />16.13 Notices <br />All notices or demand of any kind required or desired <br />to be given by Landlord or Tenant hereunder shall be in writing <br />and shall be deemed delivered forty -eight (48) hours after <br />depositing the notice or demand in the United States mail, <br />certified or registered, postage prepaid, addressed to the <br />Landlord or Tenant 'respectively at the addresses set forth in <br />Article 1. <br />16.14 No Reservation <br />Submission of this instrument for examination or <br />signature by Tenant does not. constitute a reservation of or <br />option . for - Lease it is not effective as a lease or otherwise <br />until execution and delivery by both Landlord and Tenant. <br />16.15 Corporate Authority <br />-29- <br />
