IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -157 <br /> RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENT WORK FOR PARCEL MAP <br /> 9401 LOCATED AT 101 CALLAN AVENUE, ASSESSORS PARCEL NO. 077 - 0551- 065 -03, <br /> OWNER: SL 101, LLC <br /> Recitals <br /> Pursuant to an agreement between the City and SL 101, LLC dated April 16, 2007, and <br /> approved by Resolution No. 2007 -058, the improvement work for Parcel Map 9401 has been <br /> completed. <br /> Said work was completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and to <br /> the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore recommends <br /> that said work be accepted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> 2. That the security heretofore given for performance and payment of said <br /> conditions is hereby discharged. <br /> 3. That upon completion of the one -year Maintenance Period established pursuant to <br /> said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, the City <br /> Manager is hereby authorized to release the security heretofore given for maintenance of the <br /> work hereinbefore described. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 6th day of September, <br /> 2011, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: AMJL,CG{M./ <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
