The City continued to seek opportunities to work with non-profit and for-profit developers to <br />build affordable rental and ownership housing and to find affordable housing opportunities. As <br />previously mentioned the City continued to work and meet regularly with BRIDGE Housing <br />Corporation towards beginning the construction of the 100 -unit affordable housing project The <br />Alameda at San Leandro Crossings.
